In this 90 minute session, we’ll unpack your CliftonStrengths® report which will help you see yourself from a whole new perspective. I’ll help you understand your talents and how you can develop them to benefit you and your team. You’ll leave feeling empowered and know the exact next steps for developing your talents so you can be the brilliant leader you want to be.
To help you implement what you learn about your talents and building your team, you’ll have access to reports, videos and an e-book through your assessment account. As a busy professional, you don’t have to worry about taking it all in at once. The information will be there for you when you need it. I’ll help you understand which resources will be most helpful to you…no need to figure it out on your own!
30 Minute Follow Up Call
Two to three weeks after our discovery call, we’ll chat again to discuss any additional questions you may have, celebrate your successes and “aha” moments, and have a little fun looking at how your talents work together.
